Who we are

My name is Ashley Lech and I am a: born and raised Nebraskan, mother, soon-to-be-wife, Registered Nurse, concert junkie, philosophy and sociology admirer, and a suicide loss survivor. I have a strong passion for mental health and I am eager to help others share their stories and experiences with our Nebraska State Representatives to promote mental healthcare access, advocacy, and transparency across the state. Throughout this website you will notice a lot of “we” and “us” being used when describing this mission. I believe this is a how you grow community and this mission’s fundamental vision of change is bigger than just me, so we use “we”.
